My client is looking for a strong leader to head up their Finance department.

Ideal background includes:

BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA highly desirable. 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years with an International, publicly traded company. Public Accounting experience desired.

Responsibilities:

*Oversee corporate accounting and finance, including preparing and reviewing monthly balances; maintain & reconcile accounts for preparation of the financial statements

*Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other internal policies and procedures for Corporate entities

*Assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements

*Interface with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit

Bachelors Degree
