Company Overview:
Become a member of AIR's Operations department. As part of our Administrative team, you will provide phone support as well as administrative support to all of AIR's departments.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and direct callers
* Open office in the morning - duties include making coffee, emptying dishwasher, re-stocking counter supplies, checking milk stock, etc.
* Assist in stocking both kitchens and the production room
* Prepare interview packets for candidates
* Process meeting requests & handle catering
* Sort and deliver incoming and stamp/label outgoing mail
* Process all overnight shipments through UPS Worldship
* Email employees when faxes or packages arrive
* Manage MBTA Employee Pass Program
* Clean and maintain conference rooms
* Order supplies
* Interact with vendors regarding supplies, equipment service, etc.
* Provide administrative and onsite assistance, such as maintaining databases and preparing documents
Qualifications:
*
Proficient with Microsoft® Word and Microsoft® Excel applications
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
* 1+ years administrative experience
* 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
