POSITION
Bulger Capital is seeking an entry-level investment banking analyst to join the firm. The analyst will work with senior professionals in a marketing and execution capacity, using analytical, communication and research skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create financial models and perform valuation analyses
- Perform industry analyses and uncover industry trends
- Help develop and prepare client presentations
- Draft offering documents
- Independently contact prospective clients as part of an initial screening process
- Interact with clients as a sole representative of the firm
REQUIREMENTS
- Superior academic performance
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work within a small, un-bureaucratic organization where flexibility and initiative are standards
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment where learning and skills development are accomplished on the job (not in a training program) with experienced investment banking professionals
