We currently have a Branch Manager position available.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

We are looking for an individual who will lead and motivate a branch office to succeed in meeting and exceeding sales and deposit growth goals, as well as service standard goals.  This individual will also be responsible for effectively managing branch operations while emphasizing consistent high level of service to our customers.  The Branch Manager will participate in the annual budget and work closely with the On The Job Banking Officer and the Business Services Officer to develop relationships with existing/new payroll companies and small businesses.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a management position; consumer loan experience; the ability to effectively lead, set goals, motivate and coach staff with an emphasis on staff development; the ability to effectively communicate, develop and maintain solid long term customer relationships, which is essential in this role.  This position requires flexibility with scheduling to meet the staffing needs of the office.
