ACCOUNT MANAGER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and create long term client relationships with C-Level personnel and IT staff
• Responsible for renewing long term agreements and demonstrate strong negotiating skills
• Introduce continued support to clients, up sell advance Disaster Recovery solutions, features, and benefits
• Proficient and knowledgeable of all offered products and services
• Manage the account transfer from regional sales representatives
• Provide training, client maintenance, and reevaluation of services throughout the relationship, proactive to anticipate client needs
• Track all correspondence through CRM application-Salesforce
• Review client inquiries on monthly billing invoices with finance
• Provide on-site Account Management and maintenance as needed or as requested by the client, possible local travel
• Follow-up on client issues that come through the call center
• Respond to and track all client requests and field inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain monthly quota of sales
REQUIREMENTS:
• BA/BS or equivalent with a minimum of 2-years work experience with experience of managed accounts, a plus
• Strong negotiation skills a must
• Must possess strong written/verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-starter, work independently, and function as a team player
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience
