Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service BPS Representative II in Boston, MA. Primarily, you will interact with customers through telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to enrollment, payment or eligibility inquiries. You will provide information pertaining to these transactions including payments, benefits, reasons for eligibility denial, etc. Furthermore, you will serve as liaison between customers and various company departments.
