As a Location Manager, you will have responsibility for one or more distinct areas of operation. The Location Manager oversees all of the personnel and operational functions of Logan Airport. This means you are responsible for scheduling adequate staff coverage, handling customer service problems and requests, supervising and training new personnel. 


 


 In your position as a Location Manager, you will move between these key areas of responsibility, learning the functions of each, and in that way gain a working, on-site knowledge of the business that can help you move to higher management career growth.


 


 




Mandatory Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience in customer service and management required


Prior operations experience
Must be multi-tasked oriented
Strong, positive, can-do attitude
Flexible to work any schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
