Responsibilities |

Ricoh Professional Services has a brand new opportunity opening where we are responsible for managing a fleet of printers nationwide for a well-established organization. Printer Associate responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ? Responding to first level service calls from end users of equipment to determine the problems, clear paper jams, run test prints, repair printers and determine status of machines. ? Communicate with IT department to determine quality standards of networked systems. ? Work with IT department as well as Ricoh Service Department to resolve any equipment or technical issues locally and remotely. ? Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of the glass, toner replacement, stocking paper and general cleaning of work area. ? Train end users to properly use all Ricoh and HP Printers. ? Assist end users on the loading of print drivers. ? Run reports as requested. ? Keeping logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers in the building. ? Placing and tracking equipment service calls. ? For all employees, your outstanding customer service skills will be demonstrated as you interact daily in person and on the phone with our customers directly. Qualifications |

To qualify for our positions, you MUST meet the following requirements: ? Per specific requirements, you must be a US Citizen! ? At least 1 year of experience specifically repairing or managing printers in a corporate environment or taking inbound troubleshooting calls in a help desk environment. HP Printer experience is a huge plus! ? Must have valid driver?s license with clean driving record! ? At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a proven track record of keeping customers happy. ? Stable job history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years. ? High School diploma or equivalent. ? Expert level knowledge of MS Office programs, email, Internet usage, database software and networking skills are a MUST! ? Experience with Remedy call tracking system a huge PLUS! ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar skills and speaking voice. ? Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. ? Ability to lift 50+lbs & be on your feet all day!! Recent IT Grads looking for experience are encouraged to apply! |
