About the Job

Currently building our Maintenance staff for brand new luxury apartments in Needham!!! This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on the successful opening of one of the largest and newest apartment Communities in the area!

 

Positions include:

Maintenance Supervisor - Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner and continuously train maintenance staff.  Perform periodic and purposeful preventative maintenance programs.  Satisfy all maintenance requests. Have adequate knowledge of all phases of plumbing, general carpentry, electrical maintenance, pool equipment, HVAC, and appliance repairs.  A capacity for trouble shooting and training personnel is necessary.  * a CPO and HVAC certification is preferred.  Must have own tools.  On call rotation is mandatory 

 

Maintenance Assistant Supervisor - Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner. Assist in satisfying all maintenance requests. Housekeeper (2) - To keep all interior and common areas of the property clean and orderly. Also to assist in any duty called upon by the Supervisor or Property Manager.

 

Porter (2) - To keep all exterior and common areas of the property clean and orderly. Also to assist in any duty called upon by the Supervisor or Property Manager.
