This job requires the ability to work with business users in Publishing industry and understand the business process needs. In working with the Applications development team, this individual will need to define overall training development and delivery strategy. Understanding application software functions supporting a business process and developing necessary documentation to help end-user training. This role will also require coordinating with various business groups in discussing training strategies specific to a project and in working with the stake holders of the business groups, put together training schedule and conduct training sessions.
In strategic role, need to be able to discuss and define various training modes of training and lead the development of e-learning curriculum and on-going re-learning needs of various business groups.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing software application training curriculum.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in working with Applications Development team and the business teams in understanding the business and system process and understanding business use cases and the process workflows.
- Ability to translate business process documentation and the system documentation to come up with necessary training material.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in coordinating with various business and IT groups in discussing and defining training strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering training in various modes ( classroom, on-line and via WebEx like toolset ).
- Any experience in e-learning packages is a major plus.
