Job Description
    Support the On-Boarding Program Management Office in the management of program artifacts, client status reporting, and pro-active analysis to mitigate client and program risk.

Major Responsibilities
• Maintain program artifacts and monitor effective use of artifacts for standardization and consistency
• Own document control and the change management process for program artifacts
• Deliver training to new the project teams on program artifacts as part of kicking off a new client conversion
• Validate integration budgets with the New Deal teams and Finance to ensure proper financial planning related to the On-boarding process
• Monitor and track on a weekly basis the status of each client’s on-boarding progress
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with client executive and project managers to gather status and prepare management reporting
• Participate in the various Integration Steering Committees established to monitor status
• Conduct pro-active analysis to identify and escalate issues/risks
• Help develop migration plans to reduce program and client risks related to conversion
• Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting required by management to support the program

Requirements

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years financial services experience or equivalent background including 5 years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional certification would be preferred
