The project manager will help with IRB applications, track the budget, submit quarterly reports, and coordinate the focus groups, in conjunction with college Offices of Student Affairs, and the manager will attend the focus groups and participate in the statistical analysis of transcripts (using Nvivo software).
The second project will be a study of food choices of children at fast-food restaurants in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, before and after the implementation of a calorie menu-labeling regulation in Massachusetts. Research assistants will interview children and/or their parents at fast-food restaurants in Boston, Springfield, Providence and Hartford.
