MetraTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex customer implementations of MetraTech’s award winning billing solution. The Project Manager will be responsible for working directly with customers. The project manager is to lead cross-functional efforts across various technical and business teams in addition to managing and reporting project status from project initiation to deployment.

Qualifications:

§ Four or more years of billing or other OSS/BSS solutions implementation experience

§ Eight or more years of experience in project management for implementations of enterprise software products (e.g., billing, CRM, ERP, or other solutions)

§ Excellent interpersonal/communications skills.

§ Ability to develop solid relationships with key project stake holders and executive sponsors and to understand their goals and business drivers

§ Skilled at driving a project team including its customer constituents to success

§ Familiarity with web services, OO development and SQL programming

§ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

§ B.A. in a technology discipline along with an MBA or equivalent desired

§ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
