Job Summary:
Advise the Greek Community in the development and implementation of leadership events and inclusive community programming; coordinate Senior Week operations including student advisement, programming, budget and evaluation; participate in the on-call rotation, stress relief programming and other administrative tasks. Assume major responsibility for the achievement of objectives relating to Leadership Programming.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director, Student Activities & Student Leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive program which delivers quality and diverse programming and leadership opportunities for undergraduate students; coordinate and manage at least one leadership program/workshop per semester.
• Manage the Greek Life Program including Greek Council, Interfraternity and Panhellenic Council, and all fraternity and sorority organizations; provide risk management and other educational workshops and serve as College liaison to national chapters. Oversee the advisement of Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council and Greek Council (through the Graduate Intern).
• Advise the Senior Week Committee and supervise fundraising and planning for all Senior Week events. Manage the Senior Week Budget.
• Develop and coordinate Fall Semester Stress Relief Programming.
• Manage the Campus Life website.
• Coordinate the marketing/advertising for campus wide programming initiatives.
• Serve as a member of the crisis team as a campus life on call member; serve on call a minimum of 10 weeks an academic year and respond at any time if called to assist in any campus crisis response. Respond to and/or assist with student and campus emergencies/crises; work closely with Senior on-call to support recommended actions; work with local hospital staff to assess students’ status; conduct necessary follow-up with Public Safety, local agencies, and/or parents and staff as needed; assist with implementation of emergency response plans and actions.
• Serve as administrative hearing officer.
• Facilitate an FYS class.
• Serve on divisional and campus wide committees.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Masters Degree Required
Minimum Level of Experience Required:
3-5 years Student Activities/Student Union experience.
Working Conditions:
This is a 12-month, full-time, live-on position.

• Ability to establish and support collaborative relationships with faculty, administration, staff, parents, and alumni. Strong collaborative relationships particularly with the Public Safety Department, Global Program Services, Facilities, Athletics, Office of Academic Services, Student Affairs, Special Events, Health Services, Sorenson Center for the Arts, and the Business/Accounts Payable offices.
