Serve as a primary resource of regulatory and ethical advice for members, investigators, and institutional officials. Develop and implement policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations governing the protection of human subjects. Provide training and education to members, staff and the research community. Assist the Chair and Institutional Official in the development of an expert Board. Coordinate the IRB activities with other Boston University offices and compliance committees. Represent the Board as necessary with collaborating institutions, sponsors and regulatory agencies. Required Skills Requires: Master's degree with background in social, behavioral, or biomedical sciences, a minimum of seven years of experience in IRB related activities with three years in a supervisory position, prior experience as a researcher and administrator in a university setting is highly desirable and strong working knowledge of Federal regulations, laws, and ethical principles governing the protection of human subjects in...
