Business Systems Analyst - IT Training

Summary:
Provide training on and develop training materials for processes and their enabling system solutions to meet the business requirements of Boston Scientific.
Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
For new projects:
Provide an “audience analysis” by identifying and assessing stakeholders affected by the project implementation
Investigate and define appropriate training approach and media
Develop training plans
Define learning objectives
Create curriculum requirements & training scenarios
Create procedural documentation such as process flow diagrams, user guides, job aids, , and other reference materials to support training execution
Create Train-the-Trainer guides for Instructor-Led-Training
Oversee the production of training materials (e.g., handouts, CD’s, etc.)
Coach local trainers as needed
Plan and schedule training sessions with user groups via the BPLs
Deliver training sessions when appropriate
Manage the content and testing of the training environment
Create assessment methods and criteria for effectiveness of training.
For updated functionality:
Manage updates to existing training materials
Create new training materials if necessary
Maintain user training / attendance records
Maintain repository for storage and retrieval of training materials
Manage technical training environment
Refresh / update OLQR content
Submit updated SAP Info Bulletins
Deliver training to users or site
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years experience in training
Working knowledge of SAP and/or other functional systems
Initiative, leadership potential, and communication skills
Project management experience is a plus
