Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- To support scheduling of the EMI facility
- To support sales with bids, quotes and proposals of new jobs
- To manage complex EMI programs and projects as needed.
- To assist in development of test procedures, technical review of test reports.
- Provide technical assistance & training to EMI personnel.
- Assist in the development of automated test methods using TILE software.
- Provide on site engineering services support to include EMI/EMC consultation, troubleshooting, design for test recommendations for a variety of industry standards (military, Aerospace, telecommunications, nuclear power, commercial, railway, & automotive).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have a B.S.E.E.
- Prior Military experience as a non-commissioned (NCO), or officer status in a technical MOS is a plus.
- Candidates should have 8 to 10 solid years of experience working as an Electromagnetic compliance engineer.
- Candidates should have 2 to 5 years experience working as a test lab manager.
- Extremely well versed in MIL-STD 461, RTCA DO160, GR1089, and CE-Mark standard test methodology and requirements.
- Experienced in automated profile development and use of TILE software.
- Experience in troubleshooting products, and recommending design changes to clients in an engineering serves role.
- Experience with developing quotations, and providing technical support for sales as needed.
