Westford, MA - Wetlands Program Manager

AECOM Environment (Northeast Region) is seeking to hire a Wetlands Program Manager.

Project focus is northeastern U.S. with national presence as well.  Some travel required.
 
Position based in Westford, Massachusetts and knowledge of Massachusetts regulatory programs required.  This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position.

Qualifications:
 
*  BS/MS in Wetlands Science, Biology, Environmental Science/Engineering
* 12 to 20 yrs professional consulting experience
* Technical expertise in wetlands/waters consulting including delineation, state and federal permitting, mitigation/restoration, dredging and waterways expertise, wildlife/fisheries knowledge
* Strong background in ecological restoration, constructed treatment wetlands
* Strong track record in project management
* Client interaction experience
* Sales/Business development experience
* Strong writing/organizational skills
* Public presentation skills required with a client focus on energy siting and transmission, and federal, state and commercial clients
*  Ability to line manage and mentor staff required
* MEPA/NEPA a bonus
