    Responsibilities:
 
   

Position Summary:


Foster-Miller is currently recruiting a Software Engineering Technical Assistant. This individual will assist in the development and deployment of unmanned ground vehicle technologies, with emphasis in two core areas: JAUS-compliant software products and complete robotic system development encompassing the integration of electrical, mechanical, computer hardware and software, communications, and sensor technologies. The Software Engineer should have an interest in fundamental research and development in the areas of perception, planning, navigation, and control for unmanned autonomous vehicles.


 


Qualifications:     


Familiarity with computer vision, artificial intelligence, and robotics system design is a plus as is exposure to Joint Architecture for Unmanned Systems (JAUS).


 


US citizenship required
