Position Description:	Contracts Specialist is responsible for providing negotiation assistance and business advice to the team that supports Fortune 1000 companies negotiating strategic software, implementation service and outsourcing agreements.
Qualifications:	Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years related experience. Experience supporting the negotiation of software and professional service agreements. Ability to support Engagement Directors in the management and maintenance of client relationships in a consulting related capacity. Ability to conduct comprehensive written business and financial analysis of vendor proposals, agreements, statements of work and related attachments.
