High profile, highly regarded steakhouse restaurant located in Boston seeks experienced General Manager.   Must have experience as General Manager of a high volume, white tablecloth restaurant with an extensive wine list and large staff and high end clientele.  Candidate should be a leader by example, have outstanding employee relations skills and exceptional customer service standards.  Must have experience as a trainer. Knowledge of P&L, cost controls, BOH and FOH required.  Must know MICROS and Open Table.
