Human Resource Generalist
Oversee Health and Safety program, including but not limited to co-chairing the agency's Health and Safety Committee.
Manage the performance appraisal system, including tracking/ data management and communication with agency managers.
Oversee the CORI process, including processing and maintaining all CORI records, ensuring compliance with government regulations and preparing for funder audits.
Collect and process driver history information and maintain driver history documents, including the Agency driver watch list.
Investigate all vehicle accidents in conjunction with the fleet manager. Implement corrective action and retraining as necessary.
Manage the Workers Compensation process including claims reporting, audit preparation, active employee outreach and the modified duty return to work process.
Produce and distribute employee ID cards as needed.
Assist in the screening and interviewing of applicants for employment as needed.
Utilize and participate in the maintenance of the Human Resources data tracking software including DocStar and Danic.
Maintain the disciplinary action data, ensuring needed documents are cataloged and placed in personnel files.
Participate in the management of the 403B retirement plan including loan and distributions processing, and compliance assistance.
Process unemployment claims documents and assist in preparing related materials for formal hearings.
