Employee Relations Manager, Vice President

• Provide regional leadership in implementing employee relations strategy
• Manage regional employee relations programs and initiatives
• Oversee the resolution of escalated employee relations issues
• Partner with HRBPs, COE and GSD Managers to execute employee relations products and services that are aligned with the broader GHR organization goals
• Update HR dashboards to assess regional performance of the Employee Relations COE
• Manage towards and measure regional employee relations key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze the effectiveness of employee relations programs and initiatives within the region
• Monitor and ensure adherence to regional employee relations compliance and reporting requirements
• Ensure regional adherence to employee relations corporate guidelines and HR policies and procedures
• Oversee regional communications related to employee relations
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to provide guidance on regional employee relations vendor selection (non-administrative)
• Manage on-going relationships with regional employee relations vendors
Qualifications
• BA/BS
• Minimum 7 years HR experience with at least 5 years experience in Employee Relations
• Experience conducting investigations
• A minimum of 3 years people management experience
• In-depth knowledge of regional employee relations compliance and reporting requirements
• General knowledge of HR polices and procedures
• Proven ability to manage organizational budgets
• Strong analytical skills, including proven experience in financial analysis
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other members of HR
• Desire to drive change
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively
• The ability to be flexible and influence decisions/outcomes
