Full time attorneys handle subrogation cases, conduct legal research, assist with litigation, and negotiate reimbursement settlements. No prior subrogation experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right individual.

Minimum requirements include:

    * Degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar association
    * Excellent communication, legal research, analytical and negotiation skills
    * Strong statistical and reporting skills
    * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to direct and motivate staff
    * Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
