Position Location: Boston


SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The position is accountable for the creation and delivery of both standard and ad-hoc reports, as well as the implementation of strategic, analytical analyses to achieve and drive the success of the company. You will be analyzing data, making recommendation on the traffic of the website and any different sources driving traffic and keyword ranking reports. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webtrends, Clicktracks, Dart for Advertisers and Omniture. You will use this experience to optimize campaign performance and provide feedback to our creative and development team. The primary focus of the SEO is to increase search engine rankings and online sales or lead generation for our success. Experience with Web Maximization, Optimization or Web Analytics would also qualify for this position.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Search Engine Optimization (Natural Search Marketing)
          - Back link strategy and implementation 
          - Internal link optimization 
          - Key phrase research 
          - META optimization 
          - Website remediation
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience
- Excellent communication skills (email and telephone) and literacy skills
- Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors
- Keyword / key phrase research and generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with particular emphasis on MS Excel and Word
- Ability to read & edit HTML, experience with PPC and website analytics
   (WebTrends/Bruce Clay a plus) desired
- Webmaster experience is also a plus as well.

- The ideal candidate has these skills plus the desire to continually expand their knowledge base.

- Cooperative team player with ability to work independently
- Possess strong business ethics, be reliable and dependable
- High energy, confident manner, and a sense of humor
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to multi-task
- Ability to utilize his/her Internet experience to develop and manage all phases 
  of a natural search engine optimization campaign for a newly developed website.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other popular technologies
- Sales and customer serve experience a plus
