Alexander Magnolia, a 38 unit, LIHTC Co-op in Dorchester is looking for a full-time property manager. This position requires a professional with solid property management experience including property operations, excellent customer service skills and experience with the LIHTC program. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, leadership skills, great customer service skills and strong computer skills with MS Office and Yardi are also required.
