Job Description:

Ideal candidate will receive salary and commissions and should possess excellent sales and negotiating skills along with a proven track record of producing results in real estate or new homes sales.

Skills:

A committed self-starter

Extremely organized

Highly motivated and committed

Ability to take prospective home buyers through the home buying process, including; home selection, contracts, construction and closing

Eager to provide excellent customer service to our home buyers

Willingness and ability to learn new concepts

Ability to thrive in a small company environment

Exceptional skills to research and qualify prospects

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Weekends are a must.

Experience:

Must have at least 3 years Real Estate Sales experience, preferably in on-site sales

Must have proficiency in Office 2007 and Internet Research Skills

Proven track record of success in Sales
