Sales Associates are the backbone of the business. They are responsible for taking care of customers from the moment they walk into the store through the moment they leave, and even after through continued follow-up. At Cache, we believe in providing a “Best-in-Mall” shopping experience for each and every customer and the sales associate is the leader in that initiative. 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve all personal sales goals
• Provide an excellent customer service experience
• Build an ever-increasing customer base
• Help maintain a neat & orderly store environment
• Follow all store operating procedures to reduce shrink and maintain operating guidelines
• Maintain open communication with entire sales and management team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1year of retail sales experience, preferably in a commission environment.
