Business Travel Sales Manager


The Hotel Commonwealth is a luxury boutique hotel offering elegance and style in downtown Boston.  The hotel features 148 oversized guest rooms with exceptional amenities and personal service.


Join our winning Sales Team as a Business Travel Sales Manager.  We are looking for a hospitality professional in the sales area.  This individual will be responsible for maintaining current business travel accounts and developing new business to meet and exceed room revenue goals.  We prefer candidates with local corporate account market knowledge with a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in hotel sales.

 
Experience with the RFP process and knowledge of the sales and reservations systems (Delphi, Opera, and MS Office) preferred. Required to travel to industry trade shows locally and nationally.  Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required. Candidate must also demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build strong internal relationships and represent the hotel to external clients in a polished, courteous and professional manner at all times.
