RI - Lincoln Position Summary This Strategic Account Executive (SAE) will focus on assigned corporate clients in the National Account Segment. The SAE will be responsible for the overall growth, retention and strategic planning with Senior Management of their assigned national accounts. Responsibilities include recommending and promoting new products and solutions including clinical, disease management, retail network management and specialty drugs; delivery and interpretation of periodic financial and clinical reports including annual and quarterly RxInsights and providing continuous excellent service to their clients as measured by client satisfaction surveys and client report card scores. The SAE will assume overall responsibility for their book of business and to resolve client issues to meet or exceed client expectations of Caremark. Education Bachelor’s degree and exceptional related experience required. Must be computer literate, with preferred skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience Minimum of five (5) years experience managing large (Fortune 500) groups preferably in the consulting and managed healthcare field. Relevant experience managing 8-15 large employer, government and union accounts. Preference for individual to have more experience managing book of business in Benefit Industry and less of an emphasis on new business development.
Requires ability to travel up to 50%. Position may be located anywhere in the Northeast. Qualifications Ability to build solid relationships with key decision makers of each client and manage the following: each client's expectations; client time-lines for information; Caremark management's timelines for information; Sales Logix database; cross functional team requests and deadlines; client renewals and contracting process; and have daily communication with the account managers to address service issues.
