We have limited openings for experienced new business development professionals
to assist in capturing market share for our flag-ship offering Achieving Business Excellence Magazine Online.
This position provides a base salary and offers uncapped commission opportunity.
The new business development role is a professional inside sales position. The territory includes all of North America including the Canadian Provinces.
Primary responsibilities are:
· Daily identification of quality leads
· Effective lead management
· Cold calling top decision makers (75-100 calls average per day)
· Consistently meeting established company metrics
· Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue expectations
To be considered for the position you:
· Must posses an engaging phone manner and superior communication skills
· Should have a minimum of two years B-to-B cold calling experience
· Have a well developed command of a sales process from inception to completion
· Must have the confidence to effectively engage with the top-decision makers of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies
· Must be well organized and self motivated
· Strong wok ethic with a desire to succeed
· Highly developed organizational skills
· While not mandatory a college degree is a plus
