Responsibilities:

The individual selected for this position will participate in the specification, design, and implementation of software solutions for internal and external clients working at all layers of the application architecture, UI design, persistence, and data layers.  Expert level understanding in OOP, MS .Net, Oracle, and SQL.  Deep understanding of the technologies we use and a passion to extend and expand that knowledge is very important.  Enjoy independent and collaborative methods to research, evaluate and determining the most effective and elegant solutions to problems.  You will work both autonomously and as a team committed to producing results.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Solid demonstrated technical experience in base technologies

  • Possess technical abilities worthy of team leadership extending into managerial activities including project management, budgeting and client communication.

  • Ability to manage, schedule, monitor, and report on the various works tasks clearly and concisely;

  • Must be willing to execute and produce results in a fast-paced, customer-attentive, team-focused environment.

  • Assist in providing task assignments to staff members;

  • Assist in the development of the project components;

  • Assist in the preparation of required documentation;

  • Provide technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring.

  • An in-depth understanding of systems, data architecture, and configuration management

  • Experience with integrated software engineering processes including unit testing, source control, continuous build, UML, and documentation generation

  • Experience in project management and/or team leadership with a deep understanding of what it takes to get projects done on time and on budget.

  • Online Reporting products such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Oracle Business Intelligence Services

  • Familiarity with SOA and SaaS principles

  • Strong skills in analysis, design, development and deployment of enterprise application systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across layers of an application  

  • nHibernate(.Net) / Active Record (extension of nHibernate)

  • Web Services

  • Demonstrated development experience with C#, .NET in both Windows and Web environments
