Job Title:          Web Developer II


 


The primary role of the Web Developer function will be to help plan, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy highly-available web applications using the .NET Framework 2.0/3.x and SQL Server technologies. An ideal candidate will be an extremely proficient graphic designer and web developer, and will be comfortable handling new challenges involving emerging technologies.


 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


 


Contribute to a team responsible for the design, development and implementation of critical business applications using the .NET Framework 2.0/3.x and SQL Server technologies


 


Create design documents when and as required. Perform coding, debugging and testing.


 


Ability to modify existing web sites and quickly debug existing code when needed.


 


Work in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to less experienced team members


 


QUALIFICATIONS


 


2+ years development experience with the HTML, ASP, and other web building tools


 


Experience with Microsoft .NET platform, including C#, and ASP.NET, and Web Services a huge plus


 


Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.


 


Self motivated people who thrive in a hard working and fun corporate culture.


 


Ability work in an independent or team environment


 


Further, the ideal .Web Developer will have strong verbal and written communication skills, will be a true team player with a commitment to success, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing small business development environment
