Summary: Join our Strategic Accounts Support Services Team as a Business Systems / SQA Analyst. Products include specialized Rental Management applications, business-to-business web pages, and proprietary data integration tools. Success in this position is tied to providing accurate and timely deliverables developed for one of TSD’s largest customers. Essential Responsibilities: • Business analysis, functional specification development and project management required to meet business case requirement and product deliverable timeframe to the satisfaction of Corporate Account. • Analytical skills needed to determine root cause of reported concerns. Research to be completed using database tools (SQL), TSD application review, and business process flow review. • Formulate resolutions to complex issues, seamlessly assimilating the solution into the existing application. • Communicate professionally to Corporate Accounts and Strategic Account personnel in verbal and written formats. • Communicate effectively to peers with research results and documentation of steps/procedures needed for programming a new feature, or an application code correction. • Perform quality assurance process for unit testing and general system performance tests for strategic account applications. • Log, track and document incoming concerns reported by Strategic Account staff; internal CRM and email are the primary contact methods. Qualifications: • BS/BA Degree • 2+ years of relevant Business Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and/or Development experience preferred • Excellent MS Office, communications, follow-up and analytical skills a must • Experience with database queries, updates, and relationships a must • Any project experience with Insurance company integration a plus • Ability to assimilate new applications quickly • Commitment to customer service excellence • Hours 9 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday Position Status & Contact Information: • This is a full time, permanent, benefit eligible position. • Benefits include a choice of BCBS health plans, MetLife dental insurance, company provided Life, Short-Term and Long-Term insurance, 401K and a generous matching formula, options for Voluntary Life Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts, casual Fridays, etc. • Email resume with salary requirements to corpsupport_positions@tsd-inc.com • Principals only please.
